HOW WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED: Winners will be selected from eligible participants who send their entries prior to November 1, 2007. From the eligible entries one winner will be chosen based on criteria outlined by Club Med. Only one entry per eligible person. The selection will be held by Club Med before November 15, 2007 whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail by November 30, 2007 and may be required to execute and return an Eligibility Affidavit/Release of Liability/Publicity (where allowed). Release and completed IRS W-9 form needs to be completed within 14 days of issuance of notification or winner’s prize will be awarded to an alternate. Prize winners’ travel companions (or winning parent or legal guardian if travel companion is a minor child or ward) are also required to execute and return a Liability Release/Publicity Release within 14 days of issuance. Any prize notification or prize returned to Club Med or its fulfillment company as undeliverable for any reason will be awarded to an alternate. No substitution by a winner of winner’s prize shall be allowed. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at the sole discretion of Club Med. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All Federal, state, local or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winners' and each Prize winner's travel companion’s name, address (city and state only), voice, photograph, likeness and statements for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE consists of a Club Med 7 night stay for the chosen family (6 maximum) at Club Med Ixtapa Pacific; meals, premium bar, most sports, entertainment, and trip insurance are included. Club Med charter air to the village, subject to availability, is also included Prize consists solely of: (i) 7 consecutive nights accommodations (1-2 standard rooms, double occupancy) at the destination Club Med; (ii) Club Med provided meals, drinks and activities; and (iii) flights on Club Med’s charter air to Ixtapa (approximate total retail value [arv] of the Grand Prize is $4999). NOTE: all non-standard Club Med provided meals, activities, excursions, gratuities and any other expenses not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her travel companion. Domestic travel to or from the airport and any other expense that may arise from travel not expressly mentioned here are also not included. The winner must give a minimum of 60 days advance notice of desired departure date. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize travel without being accompanied by his or her winning parent or legal guardian.
